Its an OST of Pakistani drama "Mere Qatil Mere Dildaar" composed by young composer Sohail Haider. Singers for the OST are Sohail himself with Sara Raza,  young and talented girl who had represented Pakistan in Indian music show Sare ga ma pa and got fame.
